TriManila 2014: Swim Bike Run

Swim 800m - Bike 35km - Run 5km

I saw a lot of improvement on my swim compared to my last race. Freestyle all the way with less fatigue. The bike, as expected, was a struggle since I raced with an MTB with 2.0 tires. Still it was a unique experience since the stretch of Roxas boulevard was closed, both lanes! Kudos to the race organizers, swimbikerun.ph & the manila police for that. The run was scenic since it was done by the bay. 

Now I am all stoked up to go open water and standard olympic distance. By the last quarter of 2014 maybe.
