finally, here's the only solution that worked for our contaminated brake pads.
1. remove the brake pads
2. clean the rotor with brake cleaner (180 pesos sa suking auto supply)
3. spray some brake cleaner on the brake pads, then burn it on the stove/gas range (did this 3-4 times)
4. let the pads cool down with water
5. apply detergent soap on the brake pad surface, rub it with each other, and wash it with water (did this 2-3 times)
6. reinstall the brake pads
7. done
